Peter is, at his core, primarily a solo artist who presents concerts in the folk music genre. He has been doing this for almost forty years and is, without doubt, one of the most experienced and skilled musicians the nyckelharpa world has to offer. His home base is in Sweden, but international touring has taken him from Japan in the east to California in the west. Peter is easy going and versatile, equally at ease in a formal concert setting or a casual weekend workshop, talking and sharing about Swedish folk music in general or nyckelhapa in particular. His knowledge of his roots and traditions is deep and rich.
